What is Voyana?
Voyana is your AI lifestyle companion. She helps you plan your next journey, enjoy the present, and discover new ways to live — right inside chat.
How do I start?
Open WeChat or Telegram and search Voyana → say hello → tell her your origin, destination, dates, budget, and style. She’ll respond with suggestions (flights, stays, neighborhoods, cafés, activities) you can tweak in chat.
Is Voyana free?
Yes. Planning and chatting are free. When you book through links we share, we may earn an affiliate commission. You pay the same price.
How accurate are prices and availability?
We fetch live offers where possible, but prices/availability can change between viewing and checkout. Always confirm the final details on the booking site.
Can Voyana modify or refine my plan?
Absolutely. Ask for cheaper, quieter, vegetarian‑friendly, kid‑friendly, sea‑view, or date/route changes. Voyana iterates quickly in chat.
What platforms are supported?
WeChat and Telegram today. Line and others are on our roadmap.
Does Voyana help during the trip?
Yes — 24/7 in chat. Ask about rainy‑day plans, late check‑in tips, nearby ATMs, transit, or emergency info sources.
What about “Travel Buddy” / community features?
We’re testing opt‑in ways to discover local spots and events and (where available) connect with like‑minded travelers. These features may roll out gradually by region.
What data does Voyana store? Is it safe?
We only store what’s needed to provide service (e.g., chat history, preferences). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy and Safety & Data Protection.
Can Voyana book for me?
Voyana shares trusted links to book flights, hotels, apartments, tours, or experiences. In some regions we support pre‑filled deep links. Final payment and tickets are issued by the provider.
What can’t Voyana do (yet)?
- Guarantee prices or hold seats without booking
- Handle visa/immigration decisions or official legal advice
- Process refunds or changes for third‑party bookings (contact the provider directly)
Which languages does Voyana support?
English and Chinese today; more languages are planned.
